Prof. Claudia Tavolieri L-ANT/03 - History of Roman Civilization

Claudia Tavolieri holds a PhD in Syriac language and literature from the PIB in Rome and is a founding member of the scientific group 'Syriaca. Associazione Italiana di Studi Siriaci'. From 2008 to 2011 she was a research fellow at the University of Tuscia (VT) and from 2012 to 2015 she was a research fellow in Late Antiquity at the Department of Humanistic Studies at the University of Rome, Roma Tre. Since 2011 she has become an adjunct professor of Roman History for several universities and currently teaches at the University of Rome, 'Tor Vergata'. Since 2020 she has been a member of the scientific committee of the journal 'Studi sull'Oriente Cristiano'.
