Marks

Exams are marked out of 30:

• exams that are awarded a mark between 0 and 17 out of 30 are considered as failed ones and must therefore be repeated;
• a mark between 18 and 30 out of 30 allows students to obtain the credits provided for by the programme structure;
• Examination Board may award "lode" (cum laude) to students who achieve thirty out of thirty (30/30);
• A mark can be rejected by the students and the exam has to be taken during the next session.

Important

Exams can only be taken after the course has ended. If for any reasons you did not attend or skip a part of an exam, you can get in touch with professors to know if there will be additional materials.

Marks

Marks are considered valid only after their registration.

Students will have to book their exam, selecting it on the Delphi system and be present on the chosen day to let the professor sign his/her booklet (libretto)(*) in order to register their mark. After having registred the mark, the student will receive an e-mail confirming details of the exam (date, subject, mark).

If the student book the exam but want to reject the mark or do not come to University on the registration day, the system will sign him/her as ABSENT. If there is any mistake occured during the registration the student will read it in the mentioned e-mail; in this case please follow the instructions that will be automatically provided to point out the error.

Please remember that you must book your call until the 5th day before the exam date; after that, the Delphi system will not allow you to proceed your booking.

(*)2020 update: due to Covid pandemic, registration of exam and examination day will be carried out online. Libretto will be given when student will be in Italy and if will be possible, according to the regulations related to the pandemic at that specific time.
