The Transcultural Studies Student Conference Team of Heidelberg University would like to share with you the news of our inaugural Transcultural Studies Student Conference, oriented towards Master's and PhD students. The conference will be held on April 27, 2018, at the University of Heidelberg, Germany.

The title for this year’s conference is “The Theory and Practice of Transculturation”, and its goal is to examine how transcultural theory is applied in various academic contexts. The aim is to create an interdisciplinary platform for exchange of ideas and networking among aspiring researchers from various disciplines in the humanities and social sciences.
