A small, tactile exhibition at Palazzo Braschi encourages the seeing and non-seeing to experience four famous works of art whose images have been especially transformed into three-dimensional panels.
The four paintings reproduced in tablet form are the Lamentation over the Dead Christ by Correggio Parma, Galleria Nazionale), the Penitent Magdalene by Caravaggio (from Rome's Galleria Doria Pamphilj), the Prophet Isaiah by Raphael, and the Madonna of the pilgrims by Caravaggio (both from the church of S. Agostino in Rome).
